check-in took an unacceptable amount of time. i waited approximately 40 minutes. this is not the standard i expect. furthermore, the walk to my room felt excessively long.

The team are fantastic and helpful. The hotel sent a text to ask how our room was. Extra pillows were delivered within ten minutes, it was great service.
