the room offered a comfortable bed.
check-in took an unacceptable amount of time. i waited approximately 40 minutes. this is not the standard i expect. furthermore, the walk to my room felt excessively long.

I was welcomed and felt looked after. Staff were attentive and helpful in both bars. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!!

The team are fantastic and helpful. The hotel sent a text to ask how our room was. Extra pillows were delivered within ten minutes, it was great service.

The hotel has excellent, clean facilities. I saw complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee included with a fridge. Breakfast has a great selection of fruits, ham, cheeses, pastries and cereal.

Breakfast offers scrambled, fried and poached eggs. The buffet has many options. The mushrooms seemed to be boiled, but everything else was good. I liked the breakfast selection.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is near many dining options and local attractions. Staff members were always available and eager to assist with any requests.
The lift near my room was occasionally slow. There were brief waits during peak hours, though alternative lifts were available nearby.
